At EMO MILAN 2021 Applyca will be present with a Robor Laser Cube that has been personalized with a 3D cutting system, while remaining compact and ready for productive processes Industry 4.0.
This laser cutting machine operates on a work field of 1,500 x 1,500 mm with a Fanuc laser source, guaranteeing flawless communication between the two devices. It is able to Cut both flat and curved sheets with laser cutting accuracy up to H7 tolerance.
We will bring a Laser Line Cube, compact in size, with a work field of 1.250 mm, and to have some fun, a Fanuc Cobot CRX10 i A/L. This robotic arm, high in precision, is installed with a software prepared by Applyca that will transform it into a painter: You can draw from a tablet that will be synched, and the cobot is able to to “hand pick” the correct marker pen color e riproduce the same design on a piece of paper.
